IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING COVID-19

The Youth Opportunity Center takes the health and well-being of the children in our care and our employees very seriously. As the COVID-19 pandemic continues, the YOC remains diligent in tracking the latest news, information and recommendations from the CDC, Indiana State Department of Health, and Indiana Department of Child Services to ensure we have the proper precautions and procedures in place to minimize the risk to our residents and staff and deal efficiently and effectively with any suspected cases of COVID-19 that may arise.

At this time, consistent with guidance from the Indiana Department of Child Services, the Indiana State Department of Health, and other state entities the YOC has chosen to reopen our campus on a limited and restricted basis only. At this time, only pre-scheduled and pre-approved visits to our campus will be allowed.  The campus remains closed to general and unscheduled visits to campus. We will continue to monitor the situation closely and reassess our visitation policy regularly.
