Diagnostic Services 
- Baseline testing which includes a psychosocial history, personality inventory, projective measures, observation and assessment.
- Full diagnostic testing which could include, but not limited to, psychoeducational evaluation, substance abuse screening, intellectual functioning, academic achievement, personality and vocational testing.
- Testing occurs in the least restrictive environment possible and results are used for comprehensive treatment recommendations.
- Parental participation and diagnostic testing feedback.
Outpatient Services (through state referral process)
- Delaware County youth referred by the Department of Child Services of Juvenile Probation
- Individual, group, and family counseling (as deemed appropriate)
- Counseling services to be utilized as an early intervention by Delaware County Probation or Department of Child Services
- Outpatient Independent Living Program (OPIL) for Madison and Delaware county
- Counties across the State of Indiana are eligible for services. Please contact Admissions to discuss.

To meet the diverse needs of our residents, the Youth Opportunity Center utilizes a total team approach. This multidisciplinary team utilizes the skills and expertise of a variety of program professionals to ensure quality individual programming.
