Careers

The Youth Opportunity Center, Inc. exists to help troubled children and their families. We seek to teach socially acceptable behavior, instill emotional stability, and guide the reunification of families.

In addition, we aim to protect the child, the family, and the community from negative life events. Our goal is to assist families in breaking the cycle of dependency in the child welfare and juvenile justice system by relieving future legal and financial interventions.

Ultimately, we want to be recognized as an outstanding residential treatment facility, offering a full range of flexible services that effectively assists our clients to meet their changing needs. We achieve our mission through an organized group of caring and trained staff members who embodies these, our Core Values:
